Primary School

The primary school forms the largest section of The Polish School of Sydney.

Making learning engaging and safe

We continuously endeavour to deliver a program that is engaging, fun and full of energy! Our lessons incorporate a great deal of reading, singing and educational games. At the Polish School in Randwick, there’s no room for boredom!

We want our students to feel safe and comfortable at our school. Safety is one of the reasons why we assign two teachers to all pre-school groups.

When do we meet?

Our classes are run every Saturday during the NSW school year. For term dates and public holidays please refer to our School Calendar for the current year.

School Day (Saturday): 9.00am to 12.00pm
Recess (preschool): 10.00-10.20am
Recess (all other groups): 10.20-10.40am

Classes structure

The primary school program is structured around students’ age. Moreover, each placement is carefully considered on an individual basis to ensure the best match of a student’s language proficiency with an appropriate class.

We run eight groups within the primary school section. Due to great interest, we also created two preschool groups. For students who are new to the language, we also run two beginners classes.
